Chinese woman turns curtains into artistic scrolls

A woman has drawn Chinese calligraphy on her home curtains for decoration. Yating says she spent three days drawing the calligraphy on plain white curtains.

By the window of her room is a desk on which she put "four treasures of scholars' study in ancient times" – a writing brush, ink, paper and inkstones.

Yating loves calligraphy, a hobby she has enjoyed for the last five years.

"The curtain is quite thin, so I have to be careful not to let my brush soak up too much ink," she says.

An internet user said: "With this curtain raised, even the wind blowing through has become elegant."
