I recommend fencing because you have to be energetic. And the warm-up is quite tiring, so you can’t give up.
Fencing is a sport where you must pick up a sword and start on the starting line.
But sometimes, you might get poked accidentally, which might be painful.
I started when I was five years old, and when I first fenced, I used a sword called epée.
Then I moved on to sabre, then foil. But I still do foil now, and have learned for three and a half years.

My cousin and I travelled to Okinawa, Japan, this summer, and it was incredible.
We started our adventure at Kokusai Street, sampling delicious Okinawan dishes. Next, we snorkelled in the crystal-clear waters around the Kerama Islands, swimming with vibrant fish and colourful corals.
One of our favourite moments was visiting Shuri Castle, where we learned about Okinawa’s rich culture and history. We spent evenings lounging on the beach, watching the stunning sunsets together. The trip created lasting memories and brought us closer.

Spain is suffering from its worst flood in decades after torrential rains struck the eastern province of Valencia.
The death toll is climbing, and people remain missing.
Our school has initiated special fundraising events such as dress casual days and cookie sales to collect donations.
All donations will go to an NGO called Valencia Cáritas. We want to show our sympathy and support to those affected by the deadly flood in Valencia.
