The book I would like to recommend is titled The Magic Finger. It is written by the famous author Roald Dahl.

In the story, there was a little girl who was eight years old. When she got upset and mad, she would point her finger and cast a spell on the people who made her unhappy.

For example, when one of her teachers was rude to her, she pointed her magic finger towards the teacher, who grew whiskers and a tail like a cat. She knew she must be careful with the power of her magic finger.

One day, she met the Gregg family, who owned the farm next to hers. The Gregg family liked to shoot deer, ducks and other animals daily for fun. This upset her, so she couldn’t stop herself from pointing her magic finger at the Greggs.

When they woke up the following day, they had duck wings and were shrunk down by the magical power. The Greggs promised not to shoot any more animals.

When she heard her other neighbours, the Coopers, shooting too, she knew her magic finger had more work to do.

The story appeals to people who like funny stories and want to improve the world.
