Eid al-Fitr is an Islamic holiday at the end of Ramadan, a time of increased worship, charity and good deeds for Muslims. The date is decided by the sighting of the moon.
In Malaysia, Muslims have a homecoming tradition for Eid. There are even special pet hotels for cats or dogs that cannot accompany their owners as they head towards their hometowns for the festivities.
