Fireworks went off around flowers arranged to read “750” in the tulip picking garden in the Museumplein park in Amsterdam. Members of the public were invited to freely pick bunches of tulips on National Tulip Day in Amsterdam last month. The garden, which has over 200,000 tulips, is dedicated to the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam.
