Many students worry about starting a new grade. Classes can be challenging, and making new friends might be difficult, especially if your old pals leave Hong Kong. But if you try your best, you can make it through and have a great year.

It’s important to remember that everyone is in the same situation as you, and it is OK to ask for help if you feel overwhelmed. It might also help to stay organised and set aside time to relax. Try thinking about the positive aspects of school such as playing with friends and becoming smarter.

Let’s make friends and have a fresh start in a new grade!

I have a burning passion for reading books. Non-fiction literature can widen your horizons and expand your knowledge, whereas fiction can enhance your creativity and refine your writing abilities. Reading is not only an enjoyable pastime, but it is also a rewarding hobby.

My fun summer experience

At the Little Explorer summer camp, I went to Hong Kong International Airport. We went to the departure hall. We saw the Flight Information Display System. We interviewed many staff and passengers.

One passenger was going to Macau to live there. Another passenger with a lot of tattoos was flying to Taiwan because she can buy many things there, and she loves shopping. We also interviewed staff, and they all said they enjoyed their work.

My favourite part of the trip was watching the flights take off. We also found a little blue jet, and we thought it was a personal jet. I was very pleased with this field trip.
