Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is an action comedy film about four turtles – Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael – and Splinter, the rat that adopted them.
One night, while scavenging for supplies, they meet a kindhearted girl named April. From April, they learn that there is a supervillain on the loose, and the turtles see this as an opportunity to finally be accepted by humans and go to school.
But soon, they realise that their motives are similar to the supervillain’s. The turtles face a dilemma about whether to stop the supervillain.
