Origami has been practised for hundreds of years. I started exploring this art during the pandemic. The more I made, the more my creativity grew. I also learned to focus on a task for a long time without being distracted.

Origami can help children with ADHD, and it is a mindful activity that uses the logical and creative parts of our brains.

Schools should promote origami to help students avoid excessive screen time, stay focused and be creative. Students can also make friends by bonding over the art.

Pandas are a protected species because there are only about 1,800 living in the wild.

I love pandas because they are cute and lively. They are about 1.8 metres in height and weigh more than 200 pounds, with an average lifespan of 20 years in nature. They mostly eat bamboo shoots and stems and can spend more than 12 hours a day eating. They are also skilled at climbing trees and swimming.

I like visiting the pandas at Ocean Park with my parents. I would love to hear your interesting stories about pandas!

What did you do during Lunar New Year? I went to see the fireworks at the harbourside. They were amazing; they were beautiful and lit up the whole city. It really showed how Hong Kong shines.

Also, I had a memorable family dinner with my loved ones. I ate a variety of Chinese and Western cuisine.

Last but not least, I travelled to Shenzhen and watched the wonderful film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I’m looking forward to hearing about what you did during the holiday!
