I recently watched a Netflix series called The Last Kids On Earth and I recommend it. It is an adventure series about the end of the world and features breathtaking scenes with four kids who survive the apocalypse: Jack, Jane, Dirk, and Quint.
Not only do they fight monsters, but they have an amazing pet monster named Rover!
Now, why does the world end so suddenly? When the kids are heading to school, a portal opens up in the sky, releasing all sorts of monsters and zombies.
Luckily, the kids escape. They later meet some other monsters who are different from the evil ones that roam the streets. One of their best monster friends, Thrull, even gives them an object called a bestiary to collect monster essence. Little do they know this bestiary is the key for the destructor of the worlds, Rezzoch, to come.
