I want to recommend a film called Inside Out 2.

The main character is a girl named Riley. Riley’s mind has a lot of Emotions: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust. One day, some new Emotions arrive: Anxiety, Envy, Ennui and Embarrassment.

Can you guess why they’ve come? It is because Riley is growing up and needs a bigger team of Emotions to help her get through the changes ahead.

In the beginning, Anxiety wants to control everything. He always wants to help Riley plan, but he helps her in a negative way! When Anxiety and Fear get together, that’s even more trouble.

There are a lot of battles among the Emotions. But the film has a nice ending; everyone is happy because they know they are all the “Most Valuable Emotions”.

I like Joy because she is the team captain and helps Riley be confident. I also like Sadness because she helps Riley express herself and cry after hearing terrible news.

This film has taught me the value of all my emotions, especially the strength in expressing sadness. Like Riley, I’ve learned that even sadness, who may not see herself as strong, is a powerful force.
