Three years ago, I heard a fictional story about a girl named Olivia, who caused a lot of trouble. I was inspired. I thought, “I want to create my own Olivia story, but funnier.”

This was during Covid-19. I thought it would be fun to have Olivia travel around the world since I couldn’t travel during the lockdown.

Over the next few months, I planned and wrote a story called This is Olivia, Troublemaker. She travelled to places like China, Italy and Australia and pulled many brilliant pranks.

I added characters to contrast Olivia’s wittiness and liveliness, Emily and Emiliano. They are classic nerds who say lots of boring things to please adults.

Olivia is always pranking them. Once, she dropped some worms on their head. They were shocked and started screaming.

The worms flew all over the place! Some landed in people’s food, and somebody even called the police.

I didn’t think the story would be published when I started writing it. But halfway through, my family and I decided to publish it. This motivated me to add more chapters. I also did all the drawings and gave Olivia her iconic purple hair!

After we published it and sent it to friends and family, many people said it was the funniest book ever. We started selling the book at book fairs and Bookazine.

We have a guarantee: if you don’t laugh while reading the book, we promise we will give you your money back!
