I visited an animal centre today. My parents went with me on this adventure.
I felt nervous before I saw the animals. Then, I held a gecko, a snail, a millipede, a python, a lizard and a toad. The millipede tickled me when it was on my face. I learned that the millipede is the animal which has the most legs. My parents also touched the animals.
I felt excited at the end of the day. The best part of the trip was holding the animals. I would like to go back.

I went to West Kowloon with my classmates for an “Amazing Race”.
First, I used my phone’s camera to check a cafe’s opening hours; my team was one step ahead! Then, we rushed to find a restaurant that had chairs with Chinese characters. We looked high and low, and it turned out we had walked past them.
We sat by the water to enjoy the breeze. But we couldn’t just rest, so we headed off. With not much time left, we went for an easy task: finding a visitor with short hair. After taking a photo with her, I realised that I should step out of my comfort zone and take risks because you never know what might happen.
