Quadrobics is a fitness and social media trend that involves imitating the movements of four-legged animals. The activity includes the use of masks and tails to portray foxes, wolves and other animals.
Quadrobics is believed to have been invented by Japanese sprint runner Kenichi Ito, who set a world record in running on four limbs in an imitation of a monkey.
