Neil is a 1,000kg elephant seal who returns to Tasmania, Australia, twice a year. In June, the five-year-old seal hauled himself onto land after months of feeding at sea.
But he causes trouble when he rampages through local infrastructure. He often lies placidly in any spot he likes, even the middle of the road, bringing towns he visits to a standstill.
What would you say if you saw a seal napping on the street?
