We are sorry that no one is taking your problem seriously. It’s good that you have sought help and support. Since you have come this far, here are a few things you can try:

– Write letters. Sometimes, your friends and family might miss out on what you say. Try writing how you feel in a letter. This could help them understand you better.

– Try not to get too angry. If bullies see that their actions upset you, they might continue. Try to stay calm and confident. Use phrases like “This again?” or “Let me know when you’re done.” This shows that their words don’t work on you. Hopefully, they will get bored and move on.

– Talk to someone like your school counsellor if you feel overwhelmed. They will listen to what you have to say. They might also have some tips for dealing with the bullies.

Don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself. Be calm and stay confident. We hope things get better soon!

Talk it out
