If we do not take care of ourselves, how can we help others?
It can be easy to get mad and snap at our family members. But being patient will help us grow and create stronger relationships.
We might feel tempted to treat strangers badly. If they don’t know us, why should we care about them? But taking care of our community – even people we don’t know – is important. We can share what we have with those who don’t have much. We can stand up for people when they are being bullied.
