My book recommendation is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling.

Harry is a 14-year-old wizard and orphan. At Hogwarts, a school for wizards, Harry is invited to join a competition. This is the start of a challenging and dangerous journey. There is one moment in the book that I cannot forget.

In one of the games for the competition, contestants need to find treasure in the lake. At the bottom of the lake, each contestant finds that the “treasure” is someone they care about!

Two other contestants save their friends, but one fails to save her sister. Harry wants to save the girl and his friend, but the mermaid tells him he can only pick one. Harry resolutely decides to save both of them anyway, and the mermaid bites him. He ends up being the last one to reach the shore.

He could just save his friend and be the first one to finish, but he is kind-hearted and decides to save them both.

This book is not only interesting to read, but it also taught me the importance of treating people with sincerity and kindness.
