Jun Lee Chun (Aged 10), Methodist School
I have been in primary school for four years, and I have a lot of experiences to share. My favourite subject is English, and I have visited many English-speaking countries. My favourite animals are dogs. When I was younger, I used to like cats and dogs, but I prefer dogs over cats because a cat bit me. However, that doesn’t mean that I don’t love cats! I just need to be cautious.
I know people in Hong Kong don’t always get the attention they need. So if you feel left out, tell your parents that you are unhappy. I hope everyone can be treated kindly. That’s the message I want to share.

Angela Kuan Kam-yan (Aged 14), Leung Chik Wai College
Some people find that eating can ease stress. However, did you know that stress eating could harm our health?
Many young people in Hong Kong suffer from obesity, partly because of the unhealthy way they try to avoid stress and unpleasant emotions. However, it is also bad to eat too little.
I suggest teenagers find a better way to cope with stress. Doing exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety. Stress can have a positive impact, but too much will have an adverse effect.

Anson Wong Chun-hei (Aged 9), Yaumati Catholic Primary School (YMTCPS)
I’d like to introduce the book Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney. It’s about a kid named Gregory who likes to make comics. He writes a lot of things in the book. He talks about feeling embarrassed, excited, disappointed and many other emotions. This book is worth reading, and I highly recommend it!
