Recently, I had an amazing experience with my favourite animal, a cat. I was walking on the street when I saw an injured kitten in the alley. It could barely walk and looked like it was in terrible pain. I felt very bad for the kitten, and my mum and I called the SPCA immediately. The kitten was rescued and soon recovered. I wish I could keep it. I am glad that I found it there.

My family visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum a few years ago. I was touched by the photos. On August 6, 1945, when people were on their way to work, a nuclear bomb was dropped by the US Army Air Force. In less than one minute, the whole city was gone. Only one building remained standing, and 70,000 people were killed.
Sadly, even now, not everyone in the world can live in peace. I hope for a future where the world can live in lasting peace, where conflicts and violence are replaced with understanding and compassion.

The world is suffering from different types of pollution. We need to be kind to nature to stop this.
Air pollution causes global warming and increases the risk of many illnesses. We should fight air pollution by using electric vehicles and walking or cycling instead of driving.
Water is a vital natural resource for life. We can stop water pollution by not throwing rubbish into any body of water.
Plastic pollution is also harmful to the environment and people’s health. We must combat pollution by recycling, avoiding microplastics, and helping clean up beaches.
