My family and I were invited to enjoy the ballet show The Nutcracker at Eaton HK.
First, we ate yummy food like dim sum. I like fish fingers the most, but I did not enjoy the mouse chocolate, which looked like the mice in The Nutcracker.
Then we did face and hand painting and took some photos.
I like the beautiful clothes and the stage in The Nutcracker. My mother was impressed by the show’s Chinese and Hong Kong touch.
I like the fried chestnuts and the dim sum scene the most. I hope to watch The Nutcracker again.

I will tell you about my funny experience. When I was in Primary Four, I was in the school sports team.
I represented my school in the interschool sports day. It was my first time joining a competition outside, so I felt very scared. My palms were sweating, and I was shaking like a leaf. I had worked on it for a long time and wanted to win the competition.
When the competition started, I didn’t think about anything; I just ran and ran. All of a sudden, my spiked shoes flew out! I was frightened, but I continued running. After I had finished my race, I ran back to get back my shoes.

I missed Santa!
On Christmas Day, I got up at around 3am to see if Santa was in my house, but he wasn’t in the toilet, our bedroom, or the dining room. I was too scared to go into the kitchen, so I returned to the living room to check if Santa had eaten the cookies I had prepared for him.
“That’s strange!” I thought. Santa gave me the Christmas gifts already, but he didn’t eat the cookies! I was very sleepy, so I went back to bed.
When I woke up in the morning, the cookies were all gone! My mum said maybe he was hiding in the kitchen when he saw me. I deeply regret not being courageous enough to go into the kitchen. Now, I can only wait until next year to see Santa!
