My favourite book is The Twits Next Door because the story is hilarious and the illustrations are beautiful.
It is inspired by the characters created by Roald Dahl. The plot revolves around Mrs Twit putting wasps into the toilet bowl. When Mr Twit sits down, the wasps sting him on his bottom. I’m sure you will love this part of the story.
I believe that primary school students and older can read this book in just two days. The vocabulary is manageable, and there are plenty of funny moments that will make you burst out laughing.
The moral of the story is to be kind and not mean. We should focus on good things instead of bad ones; otherwise, people won’t like you. It is important to remember this moral, or something unpleasant might happen.
