There once was a girl named Ella who had hair that shone like the sun. One morning, she woke up as usual and got ready for her day. But as she leaned forward to look into her mirror, it became a magical portal. Ella fell in – and she could not get out.
“Oh no,” Ella cried. “I’m going to be late for school. Help!”
Suddenly, a creepy voice spoke to her. “Find the magic piano,” it said. “Play the mystic melody, and then you can go home.”
But where was the piano? There was a gust of wind and then silence.
“OK. I guess I’ll have to find it myself,” Ella said to herself.
Ella started walking, getting lost in a maze. But on her final turn, she saw a piano in front of her. Overjoyed, she tried pressing a key. To her surprise, it played one entire song.
A new portal appeared in front of her, and she stepped through. It was only 5.30am.
Phew, she was not late for school.
