Once upon a time, there was a bear named Gooby who was a good student. One day, she saw a rainbow.
“What could it be?” she wondered.
She wanted to touch the rainbow, so she ran towards it. She kept running, and then finally she got tired.
“Why can’t I touch the rainbow?” she asked herself.
Then, she walked away to try asking someone else. The bear wandered farther and farther away. After a while, she took some rest and said, “It was the rainbow. Or, it was nothing!”
Then, she got tired and fell asleep.
Suddenly, a sound in the sky said, “My name is Jesus, and I have a secret to tell you!”
The bear was excited and wondered what it was.
Then, the voice claiming to be Jesus said, “You can touch the rainbow.”
Gooby asked, “Where is it?”
The voice answered, “It’s over there! Come!”
As the bear went to touch the rainbow, she fell into the river and shouted for help.
“Oh! I’m sorry, you fell into the river. I lied to you,” the voice said.
“Can you help me, please?” the bear asked.
She heard no answer.
The bear was worried that the voice would eat her. She started to cry, but nobody came to help her.
In the morning, Gooby woke up and realised that it had just been a terrible nightmare.
