Once upon a time, in a place far from everywhere else in the world, a little abandoned puppy wandered into the deep, dark forest alone.

She found a herd of deer in the middle of the forest.

As she quietly peeked through the bushes, a tear rolled down her cheek, and she shivered, remembering how her evil, cruel family had abandoned her.

The herd of deer finally noticed her and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Another tear rolled down the puppy’s cheek as she mumbled.

“The truth is …” she started saying.

“Tell us more!” the deer said. Their faces looked trustworthy, sincere and serious; the puppy was sure she could trust them.

“My parents abandoned me,” she said. “They couldn’t take care of me any more, so they threw me out the window.”

The puppy couldn’t take it any more; she burst into tears and hugged the herd of deer.

The deer said excitedly, “We can adopt you! We will call you Bella!”

Days and nights went by, and they had an amazing time. They roasted marshmallows and sang songs. What they did not know was that a monstrous beast called Fang was watching them.

One gloomy night, Fang sneaked out of his hiding place and made his way towards the deer. Fang accidentally tripped on a rock, stumbled, and then fell.

Bella heard the noise and saw Fang. She jumped up and protected her new family. Fang was surprised and fell back, shocked.

When Fang recovered, Bella stood up, hands on her hips. The beast was scared and ran off immediately. The deer cheered. Bella saved the day!
