I would like to recommend the book The Lord of the Rings, by J.R.R. Tolkien. The story was originally published in three volumes: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King.
This epic high-fantasy novel is set in the world of Middle-earth. The story follows a quest to destroy the One Ring, which is a powerful artefact created by the Dark Lord Sauron to dominate all peoples.
It tells the story of the hobbit Frodo Baggins and his companions as they battle Sauron’s forces and journey to destroy the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom.
The work, which began as a sequel to The Hobbit, is considered a foundational text of the fantasy genre and has sold over 150 million copies.
