Edgar Lee Yin-nam (aged 9), Pui Ching Primary School

This summer, I went to Nagoya, Japan. It was an unforgettable experience. I tried a lot of scrumptious food like grilled eel rice bowl and grilled beef. I could grill the beef on my own and serve my family!

We also went to Nagashima Spaland, which had water games and pools. My dad encouraged me to ride on the floaty slide, so I worked up the courage. The water spun me around in circles. I screamed my head off while I kept going faster until I came to a stop.

It was an amazing experience. I hope I can go to Nagashima Resort again.

Veer Donda (aged 10), Kowloon Junior School

I love playing cricket, whether on the street or on a pitch. It’s a passion I will never stop pursuing.

Every Sunday, I train with my coach. While on the pitch, I feel very absorbed in the game.

When I bat and hit the ball, I feel satisfied because my power goes to the ball, and I really feel the hit.

When I first started playing, I had no friends. But in the third match, I began making friends with my teammates.

I highly recommend this sport because it will make you more confident and help you learn to cooperate with your teammates and coach.
