Theodore Lam (aged 7), Kowloon Junior School

I enjoy meditating. Today, I will teach you how to be calm.

In the first step, cross your legs. Then, use both hands to make an OK sign. Finally, close your eyes and start to think of a story, like one about Harry Potter or the ones that Roald Dahl wrote.

Chloe Chen Yi-tung (aged 11), Lutheran Tsang Shing Siu Leun School

Last month, I went to Nanjing on a study tour with my school. It was my first time going there. Although I missed my family, it was an amazing trip.

We went to a museum which had many exhibits about Nanjing’s history. I was surprised to see how crowded it was! We also visited a local school, which seemed ordinary at first, but the warmth and friendliness of the people there made it really special.

When I returned to our hotel in the evening, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. What a memorable trip!

Kelvin Zhang (aged 13), Lam Tin Methodist Primary School

Jaden Lee is my best friend. He is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression with his warm smile, outgoing personality and unshakeable courage.

He is a tall boy with neat black hair and bright, energetic eyes. He carries himself with a natural charm that makes him stand out. Even on ordinary school days, his confidence and kindness shine through, making him popular among our classmates.
