It was a nice, peaceful night, but suddenly, a super typhoon hit. Three kids, Sophia, Freddie and Alexander, were staying in a camper van at the time.
The kids woke up when the typhoon hit and saw the heavy rain. The van started to shake and water leaked in.
The rainwater flooded the van as the kids tried to reach safety.
The little one, Freddie, got lost, so the oldest, Alexander, led Sophia to find him.
They got into a nearby canoe and took off down the river. The ride was very bumpy. Sophia asked Alexander, “Will we ever get to find Freddie?”
Suddenly, they found Freddie’s things. They kept looking until there was a splash, and they fell down a mini waterfall! Then they quickly found little Freddie on a rock. He was very scared, crying and trembling with fear.
“Do not move,” Alexander said. “I will get you back to the camp!”
As Alexander swam off to get little Freddie back, a rescue helicopter flew overhead and dropped a rope ladder for them to climb up.
The helicopter brought Alexander and Freddie to the hospital and took Sophia back home. Their mummy was so happy to see them!
