Caden Fung Yik-nam (aged 9), CPC Yao Dao Primary School
My favourite school subjects are physical education, maths and English because they are easy and interesting.
We usually solve equations in maths and learn how to write sentences in English. In physical education, we play badminton, dodgeball and basketball.
My hobbies are running, badminton and softball. I like them because they are fun and require skill, but I can’t always do these hobbies because of the weather.
My best friend is named Nason. He gives me food, and I usually chat with him. He has been my friend since Primary Two.

Skyler & Thyler Ng (aged 11), Spanish School of Hong Kong
We visited the Lam Tin Ambulance Depot of the Fire Services Department with our family.
The ambulance man served as the tour guide and led all the participants into the depot.
We listened carefully as the staff explained the basic principles of first aid. We also learned how to recognise and manage a heart attack.
The staff also described the different functions of an ambulance, rapid response vehicles and emergency medical assistant motorcycles.

Claire Cecelia Gillyon (aged 8), Kowloon Junior School
Hi, my name is Claire. I go to Kowloon Junior School, and it’s the best school I’ve ever been to! I like art, physical education, drama and music.
My hobbies are skipping, hula hooping, basketball and art. I also like to read. My favourite books in the library are the Princess Zodiac series.
The kind of art I like to do is sketching. I draw colourful things and animals.
I like to play basketball and football. I also like the football player Ronaldo.
I’ve been in two plays. They were called The Day the Crayons Quit and The Baddies.
