Imagine waking up surrounded by towering trees and wildlife. You glance around and spot some of the cutest animals in the world: koalas!

On my trip to Australia, we went to Phillip Island, famous for its penguin parade. Every evening, penguins waddle up the beach. But there were so many seagulls flying around that it blew my mind trying to guess which ones were penguins and which were seagulls.

Next, we visited Healesville Sanctuary, a big bushland zoo. We got to see koalas, kangaroos, wombats, emus and echidnas. Finally, we went to Warook Farm. They showed us farm skills, like milking cows and shearing sheep.

I’m so happy I got to go.

My school fair was very fun. I hosted a student-led store with my friends Erin and Brianna. We sold spinners, squishy toys and balloons. The squishy toys and the balloons were the most popular.

There were also other stores at the fair for yummy food, face painting, toys, candy, keychains and more. There were so many awesome activities, too, such as a bouncy castle and game booths. It was such an amazing day, and I’ll never forget it.

If I had beautiful wings, it would be wonderful. You might ask, “Why do you want a pair of wings?”

There are many reasons. First, I could use my wings to go anywhere I want. I wish I could even fly to space and see what it looks like.

Second, I would not need to take planes. I could just fly to places by myself. I would be like a superhero in the sky. I think it would be very fun!

Have you ever thought about it? Do you also want wings? If you do not want wings, what other superpower would you like to have?
