My favourite animal is the turtle. This reptile has a hard external shell, short legs and a tail. They also move slowly.
When they hatch from an egg, they are tiny. I think they are interesting because they live a long time; some can even live for 100 years!
My pet turtle’s name is Flower. Her shell has light green stripes. I love watching my turtle eat because she looks so lovely and cute.

Flower boards are part of Hong Kong’s intangible cultural heritage. This is also one of the most significant traditions in Chinese festivities.
Flower boards are used to celebrate deities’ birthdays, new buildings and new shops. The process of crafting them involves writing messages, making paper flowers, crafting the structure and assembling the different parts.
The next time you see a beautiful flower board, stop to appreciate the work of art and the person who crafted it.

The goldfish is my favourite animal because they are very beautiful. I like feeding them.
When I was two, I went to buy goldfish with my grandpa. It was my first time seeing this animal. My grandpa bought two goldfish that swam in my bag. They were so cute.
When we got back home, I played with the goldfish all day. When we were eating, they looked at me. When we were watching television, they looked at me too! They are so funny. I think they are the cutest animals. I want to buy more goldfish so that they can play with each other.
