Smoking in public places should be banned in Hong Kong. People crowd around trash cans outside their place of work or bus stops, putting themselves and the public in danger.
Over 600,000 people smoke in Hong Kong. Statistics show that most smoking happens in public places. People who smoke are putting their lives and those around them at risk.
A large percentage of the Hong Kong population comes down with a lung disease during their life. The vulnerable elderly and children are at utmost risk. The government should ban smoking in public areas to keep our population safe.

Many people think homework is important, but those people are wrong. Homework can cause students to develop physical health problems and have fewer friends.
When students don’t sleep, their brains don’t get enough rest, and they keep thinking about their homework. If they continue like this, it will cause health problems. If students have too much homework, they can’t go out to play and won’t make new friends.
Some things are more important than homework, such as going outdoors and getting fresh air. Children should have less homework. We should only have one assignment daily.

My favourite toy is a Barbie doll named Yoyo. My mum bought it for me when I was five years old.
Yoyo is 12 inches tall. She has long brown curly hair, shiny blue eyes, and a lovely cherry mouth. Her dress has many red bows and is very beautiful. She also wears high-heeled shoes.
My sister and I treat her like a close friend. We always play with Yoyo. At night, I put Yoyo on my bed and sleep with her. I love sharing my happiness with her. She cannot speak, but she is a good listener. I love and cherish Yoyo very much.
