My sister Lara and I had such a fun day on March 21, when we joined Amity’s “Walk for Living Water” event.
We went around playing games at different booths. The staff were super nice. They showed me how to play and even helped me win. Thanks to them, we collected a bunch of tokens and picked up some cool lessons about the environment.
Later, we joined a race where we had to carry baskets of water. My parents taught me how to balance the baskets, but wow, it was heavy! Carrying two baskets with a stick across my shoulders was tough.

So far, Year Six has been so fun. Many fun events are coming up soon! I’m Indian, so I am known for having a lot of yummy sweets and snacks.
My favourite festival is Sankranti. It is a festival that celebrates kites. My favourite colours are sage green, orange, pink, blue and yellow. My favourite things to do at school are learning, talking with my best friend Aditri, and playing.

My favourite fruit is the blueberry because it has an explosively sweet and juicy centre.
In fact, it’s one of the healthiest fruits in the world! Blueberries contain antioxidants, vitamin C and other healthy minerals.
They make your heart healthier and give you glowing skin. I like this fruit because it’s sweet, refreshing and great for your health. I hope you like this fruit too.
