Media literacy
Media literacy (and news literacy) is the ability to recognise and interpret different forms of media - newspapers, TV, social media and so on - and understand why they were created. Being media literate allows us to thnk critically, recognise bias and points of view, identify the role of media in our daily lives, and, in turn, create media responsibly ourselves.
